Welcome to Laffan and Laffan. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and services. 1. General Overview

Laffan and Laffan, registered at 105 Martinstown, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, provides furniture sourcing, storage, delivery, and staging services. These T&Cs outline the rights and obligations of both parties when using our services.

2. Returns Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality standards for all sourced products. If any issues arise:

Claims Timeline: Any claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee resolution.
Exceptions: Custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Resolution: We will manage all communication with suppliers to resolve any issues, whether through replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the supplier’s policies.

3. Payment Terms

Furniture Orders: Payment is typically required in full upfront.
Delivery and Installation: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance payable upon project completion.

Flexibility: Payment terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept bank transfers, Revolut , Revolut, Card Payment. If you have another preferred payment method we will aim to facilitate.

4. Delivery Terms

Timeframes: Delivery timelines vary based on supplier availability and project specifics. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delays outside our control may occur.
Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on volume, location, and project requirements. We provide services both nationally and internationally.
Communication: Clients will be informed of any delays and provided with alternatives where possible to minimize disruptions.

5. Cancellations

Before Supplier Action: Orders can be cancelled if no action has been taken by the supplier (e.g., picking, processing, or shipping).
After Supplier Action: Once an order has been partially processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Custom-Made Items: These orders are non-cancellable due to their bespoke nature.

6. Liability

Limited Liability: Laffan and Laffan is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected items.
Commitment to Communication: We will provide regular updates to ensure transparency and minimise surprises.

7. Warranty

We do not offer warranties beyond those provided by suppliers.

Warranty claims must be managed through us, and we will liaise with suppliers on your behalf.

8. Use of Our Website

Our website is a curated platform showcasing trusted suppliers and services:

Fair Use: The content, including supplier information and trade discounts, is proprietary to Laffan and Laffan. Use of this content to bypass our services and engage directly with suppliers is prohibited.
Supplier Relationships: Our strong relationships with suppliers allow us to secure exclusive terms. Any attempts to circumvent these relationships may result in restricted access to our services.

9. Confidentiality

GDPR Compliance: We comply with all applicable GDPR regulations to protect your data and privacy.
Discretion for Designers: We understand the importance of confidentiality in our role supporting designers. Any project-specific details will be handled with the utmost discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties or other clients. This commitment ensures trust and professionalism in all our engagements.

10. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
