Who are Laffan and Laffan?

Laffan & Laffan is a trusted procurement partner for interior designers, developers, and homeowners across Ireland and the UK. We handle the sourcing, coordination, storage, delivery, and installation of premium furniture and furnishings – so you can focus on the design, not the logistics.

We offer a genuinely end-to-end service – from finding the right piece to getting it installed in your space. Our curated network of European suppliers gives you access to products that aren’t available on the high street, and because we consolidate buying across multiple clients, we secure better pricing and pass those savings directly on to you. One point of contact. No chasing suppliers. No logistics headaches.

How does the process work?

The process is simple:

  1. Browse our Suppliers page and shortlist products that interest you
  2. Share your selections via your working document or our spreadsheet template.
  3. We’ll generate a detailed quotation for your review within 3-5 business days.
  4. Once approved, we manage everything – sourcing, storage, delivery, and installation.

Not at all. While we work primarily with interior designers and design studios, our services are also available to homeowners and developers who need expert help with furniture sourcing and logistics.

If you’re a homeowner and you’re not yet working with a designer, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction – good design makes a real difference to the end result. And if you already have a designer on board, we’d always recommend looping them in so your project stays fully coordinated.

That’s absolutely fine – many of our clients come to us at the very beginning of their project. We’ll guide you through the process, help you identify the right products, and make the whole experience straightforward from start to finish.

Yes. We operate from our base in Co. Kildare and our UK location in Newbury, Berkshire, allowing us to serve clients across both Ireland and the UK efficiently.

It depends on the scope and the suppliers involved. Smaller projects can move quickly, while larger fit-outs or custom pieces require more lead time. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.

There’s no minimum. Whether you’re looking for a couple of statement pieces for a room or managing a full fit-out across an entire property, we’re happy to help. Every project is different and we’ll tailor our service to suit what you need.

Supplier Network and Product Selection

Can I access a list of your suppliers?

Yes – our full supplier list is now publicly available on our Suppliers page. Browse by brand, see product imagery, and shortlist anything that catches your eye. We’re also happy to make specific recommendations based on your project brief.

Our network covers furniture, lighting, fabrics, wall finishes, decorative accessories, hardware, and more. Whether you’re looking for a statement centrepiece or everyday functional pieces, we can source across categories.

Yes. Where possible, we prioritise suppliers who operate to sustainable and ethical standards. If this is a priority for your project, let us know and we’ll focus your options accordingly.

Absolutely. A number of our suppliers offer bespoke and made-to-order options, allowing you to specify dimensions, finishes, fabrics, and details. We’ll manage the brief and communication with the supplier on your behalf.

Quotation and Pricing

How do I request a quotation?

Share your product selections with us via your working document or our spreadsheet template and we’ll come back to you with a detailed quotation within 3–5 business days.

Yes. We leverage the collective buying power of our client base to negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers, and we pass those savings directly on to you.

If you’re already working with an interior designer, we’d recommend speaking with them first – they will likely already have a sourcing process in place and it’s always best to keep your project coordinated through one point of contact.

Our fees depend on the scope of the project and the services required. Everything is set out transparently in your quotation – no hidden costs, no surprises.

Logistics and Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We coordinate international logistics and can arrange secure delivery to locations beyond Ireland and the UK. Get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Our delivery service includes transportation, white-glove installation, assembly, and full packaging removal. Every item is placed according to your layout plan – we don’t just drop and leave.

We always aim to meet agreed timelines, but supplier or logistics delays can occasionally occur. If anything changes, we’ll notify you promptly and work with you to find the best solution.

Returns and Cancellations

What is your returns policy?

Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return eligibility is subject to each supplier’s individual policy. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Orders can be cancelled if the supplier has not yet begun processing. Once production or shipping has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. We’ll always advise you on the status before you commit.

We manage the full resolution process with the supplier on your behalf – whether that results in a replacement, repair, or refund. You won’t be left to deal with it alone.

Design Support

Can you help with project planning?

Yes. We offer consultation services to help you clarify your brief, refine your selections, and plan your project effectively – particularly useful at the early stages when there are a lot of decisions to make.

Absolutely. We source and install furniture to create beautifully presented, market-ready spaces that enhance a property’s appeal and support a faster, stronger sale.

We treat every project with complete discretion. Client details, project specifics, and supplier relationships are never shared with third parties or other clients.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

How do you ensure client confidentiality?

We understand the importance of discretion, particularly for designers. We handle all project details confidentially and will never disclose information to third parties or other clients.
